Booking & operations platform
A working prototype of a car & truck rental platform: public website, customer portal and the staff operations system (RCM), all sharing one set of data. GC Tech is a fictional company; the workflows come from real rental operations.
A booking made on the website appears in the customer portal, the RCM and the Fleet Planner at the same time.

Search by branch and date, compare vehicles with real daily rates and excess options, and book online.
Open the website →
Customers change pick-up times, accept alternative vehicles, follow payment plans and chat about a specific booking.
Open the portal →
The daily overview for the team: pick-ups and returns, allocations, live chat, payment plans, bond refunds and reports.
Open the RCM →
Every vehicle on one timeline. Move bookings between cars, hold vehicles, extend hires and mark returns.
Open the planner →Each staff login shows the screens that role would use.

felipe@testgctech.compassword123No server or database yet: the whole prototype is HTML, CSS and JavaScript. A real REST API is being built step by step in the api/ folder of the repository.
Everything created during the demo is saved in this browser. Reset demo data restores the original sample bookings.
GC Tech, its branches, customers and bookings are fictional. Payments, WhatsApp, calls and revenue history are simulated; the business rules are the ones a real rental counter uses.
